I had been wearing a cast for the last 2 months and I neeeeded this thing. But it wasn't his fault. It shipped the very next morning after I bought it, but pick up must be once in early morning because pickup happened the next morning. The seller had a label on it and shipped it on time, it just didn't start moving till the next morning. Exactly as described, shipped fast /free
