I was getting concerned about if I would ever receive what I ordered from this seller that if the books had not arrived by the end of 2nd Oct, I would had sent a request for a refund.

Till 10 of September nothing was shipped yet, so I have opened a money back request due to the fact I needed for a Birthday gift. 11 September the four manga arrived with a message of the seller that was sorry for the delay. The manga are new in excellent condition, very well packaged and looks very good. I’m happy to give 5 star as my issue was addressed quickly and effectively. Thank you. Also this seller has very competitive price.

Item dispatched in good time but delivery was very delayed and I suspect the courier lost or damaged the original untracked parcel, and what I received was a replacement the seller sent out tracked 48 hr delivery, which arrived in good condition and as described, and with good communication from courier.
