It was down to the delivery company, it would have been in two days, but they didn't find my address. I mention this because when I contacted the seller, his response was first class. He got back to me straight away. Anyway it was delivered and it was a good price, the condition was good, brand new. I definitely would recommend and I intend to use him again. Many thanks. I must have clicked the wrong button sometime throughout the ordering process, (I had been on and off the web site trying to decide if best to order online and save quite a bit or run about 10 miles to a Farrow and ball shop) and ended up ordering the wrong colour! When I realised checking the email saying it was ready packed I messaged them, explaining the problem, they mixed the correct colour and didn't charge me!

After submitting my order i noticed that the delivery address was wrong - defaulted to the billing address. Rather than having to cancel the order and re-submitting it , Thirsk immediately offered to manually re-direct the parcel to the correct address I supplied to them by email. The paint subsequently arrived there on the earliest date of the estimated range, well wrapped, in excellent condition.
