He emailed me ahead of time giving me an option for another band for free which was really thoughtful. Looks like it was in amazing condition and as described. I really appreciate the note he wrote. Made it very personal. And will definitely be shopping again with this seller. Great value for the money.

Once I bought it, the piece was shipped promptly. USPS provided poor tracking history; the vendor communicated the delay to me and intervened with the postal service. When it arrived, the item was extremely well packaged and included a personalized note. Frankly, I don't see how the eBay experience can get better than this.

It was well-packaged and arrived promptly - no mean feat considering the problems we've had with USPS package deliveries. The watch needed no more than time setting for CST and a watchband buff-up. There are still some deep scratches that didn't buff out, but it is now presentable for use as a daily timepiece. All in all, I had a good transaction with the seller. Thanks!
