They offered a refund roughly one fifth of the cost to me of the original and told me to keep the hat. To return the hat I would need to send it to Shanghai China. They provided no label and would not pay for the shipping. this is a scam.

Fedoras often get crushed. But this arrived in crisp condition in a sturdy box. I like the front of the brim dipping down, and while it was more upturned on arrival. My own handling got it to where I want it, no steaming necessary. This hat is a far better quality than the price suggests. A great value!
