A******* Packaging was ripped open at one end upon arrival but item was ok and I was trimming it anyway so no loses. Lots of loose bits of cardboard and plastic roll just falling about inside big box which seemed pointless but no matter..it got to me in one piece and undamaged so I’m thrilled and is the absolute perfect solution to my side-shower step creation! Thick and strong. Highly recommended.

I contacted the supplier and a replacement was sent out immediately with any quibbling, it arrived quickly well in time for when I needed it. You know a good supplier by their response when things go wrong, in this case I couldn't of ask for more. Good honest supplier, brilliant service, fully recommended, I will use them again.

When the confirmation arrived i contacted the seller to ensure that The order I placed was not going to be duplicated. The seller replied quickly to confirm only one order was placed despite multiple attempt's. No issue only charged once . Delivery was quicker than expected all items received . Good service Good price what is not to like

Their communications were very good and the packing was excellent. All arrived in perfect condition, albeit a bit late, but a few days extra didn't hurt. Tip: in the south of England it might be worthwhile specifying the quicker service.
