However this order did not arrive. I contact Acclaim after receiving a review request, they responded almost immediately, apologising for this happening, and informed me that replacements would be sent 1st class recorded delivery the next day. The 4 bowls separate carrier was missing from original delivery, but this could be because it was "re-packaged" by the courier company. According to the seller it should have been delivered in a cardboard box, however I received it in a plastic bag. The issue was quickly rectified by the seller without quibble.
