    The item was shipped well and arrived exactly as described. Unfortunately, it was not a perfect fit for my cello. That said, the seller was very responsive and understanding throughout. After a brief email and pictures of the issue, the seller issued a return label and promptly refunded my money. Good communication and integrity go a long way. Even though the part did not work out, I am very satisfied with my experience and would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

    ~Unfortunately, the item arrived broken. This was not the seller's fault, as they packaged the item well with lots of bubble wrap; I suspect the post office was not kind to the box during shipping~I contacted the seller and they responded right away and refunded me, which I greatly appreciate~I would recommend this seller 100%~They are very professional~
