I got a knock off brand impact that came from overseas so shipping took a while. Communication was horrible and now after 2 weeks I’m still out with no impact. He said he shipped a new one and when I told them to send a refund they never mentioned about returning the one they supposedly sent out so obviously they were lying about that Very disappointed Communication was a struggle. Long response times
