I responded to the seller and sent pictures of the package I received. The seller wasn't sure what went wrong but the seller immediately refunded my money. The seller decided to refund the cost of the product (which he didn't have to do that.... but appreciated). Unfortunately the screws that hold the spindle on the deck were missing. But, that's ok... I'll make it work. Maybe the old screws will work... again, this seller is a diamond in the rough.. please consider ordering from his website.....

I would have sent it back on my own dime. I reorder and received another 4” The packaging even said it was a 4” I did even recontact the seller this last time. Customer service can be hard to find anymore anywhere. It’s can be frustrating because it delays the task at hand. I’ll just go without. Probably time to ease up on EBay purchases anyway.
