It was an issue with the USPS. The seller was absolutely wonderful and worked with the post office in getting the top to me. She went above and beyond. The blouse arrived and was just as pictured. Unfortunately, the top didn’t fit. I am returning it. Absolutely wonderful, caring seller! Thank you!
