The quality of thendvd was brand new. It arrived in the original packaging and the value was definitely worth it! Thank you for handling this so quickly!

Another was immediately sent but it was the wrong item. Things happen. I was offered a refund and accepted it. As I said...these were wonderful folks to work with but ultimately didn't work out.
