The item was posted as in Excellent condition on EBay. When I received the item it was faded, had scratches, lots of wear and tear, and color rubbed off of the edges of the item due to age. I sent photos to the seller. My photos of the briefcase clearly show poor condition of the item. I purchased this for my wife, and she never used it. There were no scratches, and it surly wasn't faded, or other damage on it. The pictures that the buyer sent were not of the same item I sent out. I should never have to give a refund for an item I didn't send out.
