Sent in new ridgid cardboard envelope, so well protected. I was told that it had been sent by 1st class post untracked, but in fact it was sent by the better Royal Mail 48h tracked service, so I could have been sent a tracking number. It was posted on Friday and arrived on Monday. Otherwise highly recommended.
