I reached out to seller which he responded right away. He provided a return label and once I shipped he refunded money right away. Despite the fact the part was not the correct one I ordered, I would highly recommend ETA. Very easy transaction, on time shipping and great customer service.

Seller initially offered a $55 partial refund or a return label. I requested a return. He didn't initiate a return but said he would refund after receiving the item back. I started a return. Seller refused the package due to damaged package " which is what he shipped me". I had to contact eBay. You asked for a return, which you have to initiate. I did not refuse your package, it arrived yesterday which is when I refunded. If I refused it, they wouldn't have made a second attempt.
