They did not fit the lock. Did not realize that these were non-returnable, although it is understandable and it was posted. I accept responsibility and get why a business needs to have that policy in place. My disappointment was in the scolding i got trying to return it and when I asked about how to reorder the right key for my lock I got no response. The issue with Stephen is Stephen cannot read and comprehend the English language. Should have contacted me 1st but opened a return case, attached several pictures showing the key I sent was as described cut to key code 006. Last picture shows picture showing a lock with key code 015 and a key 006. I cannot fix stupid,

The second set of keys worked good and were shipped back quickly 👍. My only complaint is having to pay extra postage out of my pocket to ship my lock to the seller for them to get the keys right when they were supposed to be able to do it by the code number on the lock. All said I'm just glad to have the right keys now 😁 . Seller did communicate in timely manner answering my messages 👍.
