    Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged in its packaging. However, my experience in contacting the seller has been excellent. I contacted them when I saw it was damaged, they responded quickly and asked for a photo. I sent them this and they then got back in touch quickly to offer a refund, which they did straight away. The foil had been good quality and value, it was just unfortunate that it had been damaged in transit. But the subsequent response gives full confidence in this seller.

    I accidentally provided the wrong address after purchasing an item and the seller promptly responded to my message. Due to eBay policy, they couldn’t change the address, but they kindly suggested cancelling the order, refunded my payment immediately, and advised me to repurchase using the correct address. Excellent communication and great customer service, the whole process was completed within 30 minutes!
