When I realized I had purchased the non-PoE version of the 3650CX. They worked with me to return the non-PoE switches and get me ones that did support PoE. Very happy with the service and the quality of the genuine Cisco switches and accessories I have ordered from them over the last several years. Cannot say enough great things about Kartech and will continue to order from them

I left a message for them and they fixed it within 2 hours without canceling the order and re-order. SUPER HAPPY with them. I'm not experienced with pricing of the items but I think prices are fair, but I'll be buying more from them because their service is AWESOME! Condition looks good. Appearance is good. Packing was excellent. all parts accounted for. Haven't tested them yet. Wish they came with powercord but no biggie. 5stars!

Item was initially not shipped with other items I had ordered, but the seller was quick to fix this mistake and send it. So customer service 5 stars. Did not come with a notched power cable but to be fair it, wasn't listed in the description or photos. Would buy from seller in future.
