Seller did an excellent job packing it as the shipping company appears to have used it as a football. Despite a big red "fragile" label on it the box arrived with multiple holes in it including one fist-sized one in the side. For all that abuse, only one glass out of 16 was damaged. Also,I was told they would send it out on Monday and in all actuality,it was sent days later.I have not had a chance to test what they sent but it seems to be in good condition and is what they said it would be.
