The original set of 14 books arrived several weeks ago, but due to illness I was not able to respond to your feedback in an appropriate manner. Your packing was superb. I have received all manner of things while serving 35 years in the Navy: ammo, classified material, radioactive material, even body parts. But I’ve never seen anything packed as well as your books. I reached out and Dominique (seller) replied very quickly and handled everything very well, she gave me a full refund immediately. Even though my records came broken which was not her fault, she sorted out everything to the best of her ability! I was extremely happy with the result!
