    Shipping was delayed several days however seller communicated ahead of time that it would be. Packaging was good enough for what I needed the item for. Unit arrived pretty with a couple broken feet during shipping but didn't need them anyhow. Unit arrived as listed meaning it turned ON and for parts. Selling price was right for the condition of the item.

    The Dell item I received arrived visibly damaged, even though the shipping box was perfectly intact. This tells me it was likely already broken before it was shipped. The listing did not mention any damage, which is misleading and against eBay’s item condition guidelines. On top of that, I’ve been unable to contact the seller—every attempt redirects me to someone else or another contact page with no resolution.     Unfortunately the item did not arrive in the condition it was described. It was not fully working and it's appearance was more worn than the pictures indicated. I had to contact the seller twice to get them to reply to my return request which they ultimately agreed to accept.

    I am very sorry you are experienced this issue. I ran this monitor for a week to use with a large format plotter and was working great until I switched to an Ultrawide. I know you said it was working perfect until a couple days ago, but still no matter what will accept returns. Also sorry for the late response June 5th I was out of town for a birthday. Thankfully got everything resolved fast.
