The seller shipped them less than a week after purchase and arrived the following week. The box was tightly packaged and all the inner boxes were in pristine condition. Would buy from this seller again, 10 outa 10!

The seller was polite and had good communications towards us. We are delighted to use their shop and hope to do so also in the future. Oh, and the product is great, a genuine Snow Peak item that is "Made in Japan". 5*****
