However seller did everything in her power to resolve the situation. She tried to find the parcel through tracking and reimbursed me once there was no more she could do. I purchased a digital camera recently and it came 7 days before its estimated delivery date. I was receiving shipping information all the time and it started the process the morning after purchase. It is in absolutely perfect condition just like it was shown in the picture and description. It was wrapped up in the box in lots of bubble wrap. Very happy with the whole process.
