Seller let me know that my item was being double checked to make sure that it was working, that they were cleaning it, and when they were going to ship it. Seller shipped it when promised and alerted me. It was packed so it wasn't damaged during transit and it arrived early and in perfect condition. The item looked new, showed no signs of use, and was a reasonable price. I'd buy from this seller again without hesitation. ^_^
