Breakage at rear of console but doesn’t seem to affect it, but it wasn’t mentioned in the description. This is why it gets a 4 on the description feedback. I’m not too concerned about it as long as the product isn’t being affected by the break.

I had an issue with the disc drive on the Wii and notified the seller, they instantly responded and rectified the issue by sending out another unit. The service of this seller is exceptional, I would definitely recommend.

But despite being well packaged the player had been damaged somehow in transit and wouldn’t play tapes properly. Return and refund was quick and easy, with very good communication from the seller. Shame about the cassette player but a good seller nonetheless 🙂

He refunded the cost without quibble and was polite and apologetic. The item had been as described, very well packaged fast delivery and would have been great value had it worked ! Not the seller's fault so I would buy from him again.
