I couldn't be happier with the item that arrived. Everything is exactly as advertised and the laptop looks virtually new. The operating system updated itself to Windows 11 Pro upon first power-up. I've put the computer through its paces and it's working great in every way! There's even several months of the original manufacturer's warranty remaining, should it be necessary. I highly recommend. We thought we wanted 16", but 14" is very adequate. Nice keyboard and trackpad. Had a burp during setup, but Google came to the rescue and the rest of the setup was relatively easy. Good quality machine. The only thing I had trouble with was figuring out how to turn it on. (hint: barely perceptible button on the upper right of the base when the laptop is open.)
