The laptop is in excellent condition and performs extremely well. It cam with 32 GB of RAM and a 10th gen i7. It is well worth the price at under 400 dollars. It looks and runs perfectly. I would give the seller 6 stars if it were possible.

Picked up a new-in-box MD-14 from them, when the other shop(Cambridge Camera) was bait and switch "I have the exact same thing made by a little company called Cambron". So here I am all these years later buying a refurbished computer that I need for work "NOW!" but was not going to spend $1800 of my own money, and why should I. This one from (Honest Abe's) Focus Camera was under $400 and is "EX+" cosmetics and works perfectly.

I had been using Dell and Lenovo for quite some time, so I thought I'd give it a shot. It did not disappoint, except for the battery which had a max charging capacity of 75%, which is significant. It wasn't lasting very long, so I invested in a new one. I didn't realize the shift key on the left was different, so I had to download PowerToys go remap the (\) key on the left to give me a broader reach.

Been burned before online so I always check one star reviews, almost didn't order from Focus Camera. A lot of negative reviews are a decade old. I had great communication, great customer service (offered on one and bought another from them over Labor day so I ended up with 2, they cancelled and refunded one for me). As described, quick shipping, fair price. 5 stars for seller. Would buy again!
