    The item car type C/USB charger was shipped promtley by seller, well wrapped and brand new. I tried installing in my 2012 4runner but, did not seem to be right size for it. Emailed seller explaining situation with sent pics as well. Seller understood and promptly refunded item bought. Great seller, quick to respond to customer, will buy again from seller.     Quality is very high grade. Came packaged very nicely and I must say quickly! The seller immediately contacted me to let me know they’d received my order and I was very impressed with their communication. Item is as described and a lot nicer than I’d imagined, this is a very nice tool especially for the money. I’d bought some others off amazon but felt it was time to upgrade.     Good product but wrong one sent. Seller gave a refund for the mixup. Seller responded quickly to messages. Logistics can be challenging at times, so I get it. Going to try my luck at Amazon or another online seller to get what I need. Wished I would have gotten what I needed from this seller but oh well. At least I'm getting a full refund. Just wasted time is all. The seller was very nice and understanding.
