However, when my first trial, TDS test purified rate was 25 PPM, while the tap water is constantly 26 ppm. Purified many times, same result. Seller suggested to replaced the RO filter, same outcomes. Seller asked me if I want a new system or refund. Seller then sent me the new one. Very responsible for trading business.
