I got there in the end but comms have been frustrating and difficult. Sometimes they respond quite quickly & sometimes very slowly or not dealing with the query I was raising. I had to return two tops that weren't the correct size & did get the money back eventually but it was a long process, with multiple chasings. They also sent me various messages about delayed despatches due to stock shortage, but often incorrect or confusing.

Great price and well packaged and arrived in good condition. However, delivery was delayed by some 8 days past delivery window advised. I found customer services reasonably responsive and I received the order in the end via Royal Mail. Have no idea why 2 small items needed to be sent in separate packages. Can't really say delivery was urgent but will bear this delay in mind for any future orders.
