I sent my pc in and it was done very quickly. The communication from the seller is 5 stars, the seller responded quick to my messages and kept me up to date. it was sent back to me with tracking and arrived quick. I really thought nothing could be done to remove the bios lock, I am so happy I discovered this listing and I highly recommend this seller.
