But additional packing material would have been a good idea. The item was used and an old keyboard, but not in ideal condition, so I think the price was a little too high.

By the way, the upgrade was preloaded on the laptop as described by the seller; all I had to do was wait for everything to be downloaded and added to the computer. The packaging was perfect as the laptop turned on the first time, I pressed the on button. The seller tossed in the power supply. I rate this seller/transaction A+++++!! Thank you.

Similar fully functional units start at this product's price WITHOUT charger, which was present in this package. I WOULD purchase from this seller again.
