The lockdown shift reads on marred and not allowing me to turn the nut down easily. Must use a wrench .Customer support contact me and ask me for a video. I supplied the video that I was told to put some oil on it. I've suggested some remedies without returning it. Number one was to have a repaired but it would cost some money number. Two was to send me a new locking shaft. No response from the seller.
