I bought a computer keyboard because mine broke, and I had to spend 10 days typing with a remote control. Once the parcel has left our warehouse we have no control over the delivery couriers. We received no communication from the buyer before feedback so did not have a chance to help. If an issue arises due to delivery please let us know so we can do what we can to assist. Communication is the key to resolving any issues.

I paid for a premium (next day) delivery for speed. Trade Lists UK customer service has been exceptional. Immediately responded & have added extra bubble wrap to another unit shipping overnight to me. No need to return damaged unit. Fantastic service, hopefully the replacement has a safer journey 😬

At 18 o'clock the package's arrived than in my mailbox. So good ebayer but inaccurate delivery service "colisprive". Also during the delivery time I was told after 3 days that my package's arrived at destination. Yes..... but .....i was just an intermediate delivery.... I would recommend wrapping the product with bubble-wrap while preparing the shipment packaging as it came with torn edges but the overall mouse enclosure was not affected. Leaving 5 stars as either way, the carton will go to recycling and the product is functional.
