A plastic knob broke off, the margin release doesn't function, the carriage rails are misaligned and don’t run smoothly, and to top it all off, the bell doesn't ring. I live in Portland OR and I’m confident this machine can be repaired, but the machine I paid a premium for wasn't 'in need of repairs.'
