At first I'd been a little concerned about the description of its used appearance, but other than a few mild scratches on the back such as might occur from being slid around on a desktop or maybe carried in a backpack with other things, it even looked perfect. And of course how it works is the most important thing. I have 2 15" Chromebooks but still want 2 backups since I live in a remote area & have to order almost everything except groceries.

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business.
