Extremely fast shipping due to being a US seller. My units condition is definitely used. It came pretty dirty but a quick clean with isopropyl alcohol took care of it. Rubber on the keyboard is buckling a little bit and edges a tad frayed. However the keyboard is perfect in function and built quality as if it was new. It certainly beats the Chinese garbage on Amazon. Definitely recommend this product.

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business.
