      Poor packaging. Parts were bent upon arrival. Broken and missing hardware. Way more scratches that the ones shown on the pictures used in the post. Contact the seller with evidence and explaining that even though the parts were mishandled by the carrier the scratches were there before and that the pictures used to sell the product did not showed the true condition of the pieces. Customer denied all and blamed the shipping carrier. Did not offer any solutions but to start a claim with FedEx.

      Images shown from buyer match the listing exactly. The item came with $100 FedEx insurance for FREE that I could send to the buyer and no response. Buyers remorse as description and images were accurate. Once again no response from buyer in messages. Buyer sent a low ball offer and I accepted, always the first to complain wanting it free....
