Contacted seller and asked them to reach out to postal service. They asked me to look around and I did look all over the front of my house-nothing. Heard nothing back from seller and now I’m out the money and no eyeshadow pallet. Very frustrating.

No pieces of the lid were inside, so that’s how I know that the seller knew about that. That’s unacceptable on a “new perfume”. I contacted him and the only answer was: if you don’t like it send it bac I don’t live in USA, so I don’t have time and the way to send the item back. Nothing to do! I will keep it the way it is, but it’s a shame and I’m not happy at all with the purchase.
