I think something may have happened during shipping, as a large black sticker pad used to cover this cosmetic damage had a very long scratch through it that led me to peel both of the large stickers off. The device's HDD also was not fully installed and had to be plugged in, initialized, and formatted.

The price was a great value. The small form factor helps reduce clutter on my desk. The system is quick! The graphics are good too. I had one small issue but Josh helped me to fix that, so a great communicator as well. Thank your for everything!

I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. Maybe tied up in their return department?? Just received the refund today, Aug 8th. Contacted them and they was quick to fix the issue and sent me an adapter cord to use with my monitor. They was quick to respond and rectify the issue. Great seller thanks for the computer
