The stem did arrive quickly, but it has quite a few little marks in the casting making me question if it's genuine. So the price was good and the postage was quick, but the quality doesn't seem very good.

Good value compared to UK prices, it was shipped from Taiwan (no hidden extra charges), despite a long delivery estimate, it arrived in less than one and a half weeks. Be aware, reseller indicates dispatch within, rather than deliver within, but still a decent £20 saving over UK based ebay resellers.
