To keep the driver sealed I continue to use 4 screws from before on the 4 poles, and I bought 4 longer screws to go thru the cover ring to secure it in place. The grill ius a very precise-tight fit over the ring so I sprayed the contact surface of the ring and grill with some silicon so I would not erode the screw fit.
