Product Information

One of the few Intellivision titles based on an arcade game, Mission X puts you in control of a World War II bomber. Your objective is to destroy everything in sight, with the notable exception of your own runways, on which you must make safe landings.<br><br>You'll bomb or shoot 12 types of enemy targets, including anti-aircraft guns, roads, trains and train tracks, tanks, trucks (including hidden trucks), small and large ships, aircraft carriers and bridges. You can hit certain targets more than once to increase your score. Occasionally, an enemy fighter plane will appear on screen in an attempt to take you by surprise.<br><br>Enemies fire at you from the ground and chase after you in the air. Like most shooters of this type, Mission X lets you fly right and left while the action scrolls forward vertically. However, instead of letting you backup or go straight ahead on the screen, pressing up and down on the control disc causes your bomber to lose and gain altitude respectively. This way you can duck under or fly over enemy attacks.<br><br>Mission X features four skill levels. As you progress through the game, you can gain extra bombers by obtaining certain high scores. Gameplay takes place nonstop during day and nighttime missions.

    Attention: Seller listed item as acceptable. Being a game cartridge, box and inserts that are decades old, everything I received was in EXCELLENT condition. I could not believe the condition on everything. Very fast shipping. Price was awesome for what I received. Everything looked great. Just cannot get over the quality of it all. And it all works!!!!     I ordered this Atari 5200 controller as an additional accessory to the refurbished Atari 5200 console that I purchased. It's a quality refurbished item, in great refurbished condition. The appearance of the controller was good, exactly as shown, and exactly as I expected. Communication was very good. Shipping was ultra fast. Packaging was solid.
