I received an email almost immediately indicating that the 7" bolster without perforated leather was unusual, and they guided me to check one more time. Also requested pictures so that they could be sure. Great support, great service.

I found out after payment, not a big issue but to some could be so may want to update description. Vinyl and leather have a slight color variation as well which is to be expected. Highly recommended.
