The seller offered to reimburse for the cost of 1 mug - leaving me paying for 3 and left with 1 - unacceptable! The mugs were bubble wrapped however the seller had only placed 1 layer of an adult diaper (!!) on the top of the mugs and they were able to bang against each other. I ordered 6 China mugs from another seller which arrived at the same time in perfect condition. I understood that this was fragile merchandise, and shipping from Texas to New York is very far. I put in 1 extra mug. The buyer received 3 mugs. 2 were broken. I offered to refund the cost of 1 mug because the second one was intact. But the buyer wanted a refund for 3 mugs, even though they paid for 2. This is ingratitude and greed on the buyer's part.
