Immediately responded & have added extra bubble wrap to another unit shipping overnight to me. No need to return damaged unit. Fantastic service, hopefully the replacement has a safer journey 😬

Also during the delivery time I was told after 3 days that my package's arrived at destination. Yes..... but .....i was just an intermediate delivery....
