    I was tracking a package via US postal system & it got lost. It had correct label, according to picture from USPS. I contacted pal-auto. They immediately started working with me. I had the option: refund my money or resend (would receive within 5-7 business days). I chose to resend, & it arrived in 3 days. They definitely do care about their customers.
