It is convenient to get this building by itself instead of having to buy the entire Main Square set, which was expensive when it was released in 2020 for $200 and is now still expensive on the aftermarket. The Town Hall build was definitely the best part of the otherwise mediocre builds from the Main Square set, so I appreciate having to have gotten only what I wanted instead of getting the full Main Square.
