The seller was great though, kept in communication with me to let me know they were chasing it up. When Evri admitted it had been lost, the seller instantly refunded me. Pity about the parcel going missing, but this wasn't the sellers fault and would buy from them again.

However, the company dealt with the issue very quickly and I got a refund via eBay without a problem. As I wanted the item I'll have to reorder. So no problem with the company but the delivery agents aren't any good.
