I found the serial number on the back and ordered it from this very accommodating seller. Was advised it could take 4 weeks but it arrived in 2. Video on YouTube showed how to change the battery. Took less than a minute. The tablet worked immediately and nothing was lost. Probably would have paid over the top at the shop too. Will buy from this company again.
